促红素治疗恶性肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的最佳剂量及疗效的探讨(3)

本组结果显示RHEpo 30000 U组作为相对较低剂量治疗国人化疗相关性贫血的可行性、安全性和效价比优势,剂量低于欧美标准,可能与种族差异[9-12]有关。本试验RHEpo的有效率低于国外报道,可能的原因如下:①本试验出于可行性考虑,用药时间短于国外报道的3个月至半年;②同时合并化疗,加重了患者的骨髓抑制,不利于骨髓红系造血功能的恢复;③经口补铁的疗效低于经静脉补铁;④种族之间的差异。出于药物安全性考虑,本试验未对剂量大于60000 U的RHEpo的疗效及不良反应进行探讨。
