【摘要】 目的 分析高压氧治疗2型糖尿病伴感音神经性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 90例患者随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组予以高压氧联合常规药物治疗,对照组予以常规药物治疗。结果 高压氧加常规药物综合治疗后试验组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率60%。两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高压氧联合常规药物治疗能显著改善2型糖尿病伴感音神经性耳聋患者的听力状况,具有显著临床疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with sensorineural hearing loss.Methods 90 cases were randomly classified to two groups:the test group and the control group.the test group treated with HBO and routine method,the control group with applied routine method only.Results Test group 30 cases,total efficiency 80%;control group 30 cases,total efficiency 60%.There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion HBO binding routine method can obviously improve the hearing level of type 2 diabetes with sensorineural hearing loss patients. ......
