应用负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面
【摘要】 目的 探索负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面的临床治疗与护理要点。方法 对污染较重肢体皮肤软组织缺损的患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗，观察其临床治疗与护理效果。结果 2008年11月至2010年10月，30例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者的损伤感染创面全部愈合，无护理并发症发生。结论 应用负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面疗效确切，密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理的关键环节。【关键词】 负压创面封闭治疗；创面；护理

【Abstract】 Objective To search the main points of clinical therapy and nursing for infective raw surface by suction wound closure therapy. Methods lTo treat infective raw surface by vacuum sealing drainage dressing.Observe the clinical therapy and nursing efficacy. ResultsFrom November 2008 to October 2010, thirty patients of infective raw surface were treated by this method. The good function and certain result were achieved.The clinical therapy and nursing results were satisfactory with no complications. Conclusion Treatment of infective raw surface by suction wound closure therapy is an ideal and effective method for the management of infective raw surface. Intimate nursing observation and drainage tube administration are the key points of nursing. ......
