输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石216例报告
【摘要】 目的 分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法及并发症的防治，探讨术中上镜困难的原因及对策。方法 回顾性分析216例242侧输尿管结石行气压弹道碎石术的临床资料。结果 一次碎石取石成功率为90.5%(219/242)，上段、中段、下段输尿管结石的治疗成功率分别为66.67%(14/21)、90.9%(80/88)、94%(125/133)，并发症主要为泌尿系感染、血尿及输尿管穿孔。结论 输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术安全疗效确切，是治疗输尿管中下段结石首选方法。【关键词】 输尿管结石；输尿管镜；气压弹道碎石术

【Abstract】 Objective To evluate the treatment of ureteral stones by the using of ureteoscope and pnernatic lithotripter. To analysis the canses of diffcult aceess during rigid transurethral ureteroscory and their man-agement. Methods Retrospectively analyzing thedata of216 cases of ureteroscope pneumatie lithotriptor for ureteral culculi. Results The success rate of the one stage for all patients was 90.5%(219/242). The successful rates for upper, middle and lower ureteral stone were 66.67%(14/21),90.9%(80/88),94%(125/133).Conclusion Treatment of ureteral stone with this method has been safe and effective. This method should be the first choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral stone. ......
