[摘要] 目的 观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效,并与热毒宁注射液治疗进行比较。方法 将145例患者随机分为两组:治疗组静脉滴注痰热清注射液0.5mL/(kg·d),qd,疗程为3d;对照组静脉滴注热毒宁注射液0.5～0.8mL/(kg·d),qd,疗程为3d;比较两组主要症状、体征改善情况。结果 治疗组、对照组的显效率和总有效率分别为71.23%、61.11%和94.52%、83.33%,两组相比差异有显著性。结论 痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效可靠。

    Therapeutic Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection for Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children and to compare Tanreqing injection with Reduning injection. MethodsA total of 145 cases were randomly devided into two groups. In treatment group,Tanreqing injection was infused intravenously 0.5mL/(kg·d) qd for 3d;In control group,Reduning injection was infused intravenously 0.5~0.8mL(kg·d)qd for 3d. The clinical efficacy and physical symptom improvement of two groups were observed. ResultsThe significant efficiency and the total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 71.23%,61.11% and 94.52%,83.33%,respectively. There were significant differences between two groups. ConclusionTanreqing injection has significant efficacy in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children,which is worthy ofpopularization in clinical application. ......
