2型糖尿病病人健康教育行为干预效果的调查研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨健康教育在2型糖尿病治疗中的效果。方法 分别对两组2型糖尿病病人进行一般糖尿病教育和本研究组织的强化教育,3个月后观察空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯变化。结果 经糖尿病教育后,实验组较对照组糖尿病知识知晓率提高(P<0.01);空腹血糖控制良好,两组存在显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 通过健康教育,提高了患者对糖尿病的认知水平,调动了病人的积极主动性,有利于控制病情。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of health education on type 2 diabetic patients. Methods In two groups of type 2 diabetic patients in our study, one group(control group) received general education and the other(experimental group) received intensive education. Three months later,the changes in fasting bloodglucose,glycated hemoglobin,cholesterol and triglyceride were observed.
