背景音乐在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨背景音乐在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用效果。方法 选择乳腺癌改良根治术患者108例,随机分为音乐组58例,对照组50例。观察2组患者术前、术中焦虑程度、疼痛程度、血压和心率的变化。结果 与对照组相比,音乐组患者焦虑程度明显缓解,疼痛程度明显降低,术中血压、心率波动幅度小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 背景音乐能有效缓解乳腺癌改良根治术患者的焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,稳定血压和心率。
