外来务工人员艾滋病知识及高危行为调查分析

[摘要] 目的 对外来务工人员的艾滋病知识知晓率及高危行为进行调查,以了解现状,并为预防及宣教内容的完善等提供依据。方法 随机选取2005年8月～2008年7月笔者所在区内的外来务工人员共954名,将其随机分为2005年8月～2006年7月组(A组)309名、2006年8月～2007年7月组(B组)320名和2007年8月～2008年7月组(C组)325名,对所有人员发放问卷调查,对其艾滋病及高危行为进行调查分析,并将结果进行统计比较。结果 经调查研究比较发现,C组的知晓率明显高于A组及B组,但高危行为发生率明显低于A组及B组,经比较,均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论 随着宣教的加强及对务工人员卫生知识的重视,外来务工人员的艾滋病知识知晓率明显得到提高,高危行为发生率明显降低,效果明显。
