胶原酶髓核溶解和经皮髓核切吸术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察(2)

胶原酶髓核溶解联合经皮腰椎间盘切吸术是创伤很小的手术方法,其适应症的选择对疗效影响很大,只有影像学提示后纵韧带完整无钙化、突出物无游离及无椎管狭窄者疗效才显著。总之,只要适应症选择合适,大多数青少年腰椎间盘突出症都可通过胶原酶髓核溶解联合经皮腰椎间盘切吸术取得满意的疗效。
