GSS内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 观察GSS内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法 对我院37例胸腰椎段骨折患者采用GSS内固定系统治疗。结果 本组病例术后伤口全部愈合,术中、术后拍X 线片,螺钉均准确经过椎弓根,固定位置良好,脊柱生理曲度恢复,椎体复位满意,无断钉、断棒、松脱和矫正度丢失。术后椎体高度显著高于术前,术后Cobb角显著低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过12个月～4年随访,均恢复良好。结论 GSS内固定治疗胸腰椎段骨折具有操作简便、安全、损伤少、复位效果好、对脊柱活动的影响较少、融合率高等优点,值得临床推广使用。
