彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的体会

[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值。方法 对彩色多普勒超声检出的66例下肢深静脉血栓的图像特征进行回顾性分析。结果 本组病例中单发于左下肢深静脉血栓41例,单发于右下肢17例,双下肢同时患病的8例。结论 彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断具有重要价值,但是要掌握一定的技巧,避免误诊。
