足月新生儿早期体重下降与高胆红素血症关系的探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨足月新生儿早期体重下降与高胆红素血症之间的关系。方法 回顾性分析2009年3～10月因高胆红素血症入我院新生儿科的82例足月纯母乳喂养新生儿患者的临床资料。结果 入院时平均总胆红素水平为(18.6±3)mg/dL,31例出现体重下降。Pearson相关显示,血清总胆红素水平与新生儿体重下降程度成正相关(P<0.05)。体重下降程度超过出生体重7%的患者,其重症高胆红素血症(≥20mg/dL)的发生率显著高于体重下降不明显者(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿体重下降程度与高胆红素血症发生具有一定的相关性,可作为足月单纯母乳喂养的新生儿高胆红素血症的预警指标。
