重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效,并与克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效作比较。方法 64例锁骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组采用重建钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用克氏针内固定,观察比较两组的手术效果及疗效。结果 观察组的有效率为87.5%,对照组的有效率为59.4%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效满意,内固定牢固,优于克氏针内固定,术中出血少,利于骨折愈合,值得临床广泛推广使用。
