[摘要] 随着医院薪酬制度改革的不断深入,年薪制这种新型的薪酬制度进入到医院薪酬改革的视野中,但仍处于试验阶段。本文通过对公立医院实行年薪制相关问题进行初步探讨,希望对医院薪酬制度改革的思考与实践有所裨益。

    [Abstract]The year-income system is a motivate mode. At present,some general hospitals practice the year-income system in order to explore a suitable mode for income reform in public hospitals.
