     [摘要] 目的 探讨Livin蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。 方法 免疫组化S-P法检测60例大肠癌手术切除标本中Livin蛋白的表达,并探讨其与患者组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和远处转移等临床病理特征的关系。另取30例癌旁正常的大肠组织(距肿瘤边缘>5 cm)作对照。 结果 Livin蛋白在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P < 0.01)。大肠癌组织中Livin表达水平与组织分化程度无明显的关系(P > 0.05),随原发病灶的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和远处转移呈逐渐增加趋势(P < 0.01或P < 0.05)。 结论 Livin蛋白表达不仅与大肠癌的发生和发展密切有关,而且参与了大肠癌的局部侵袭、转移过程。

    The expression of Livin protein in colorectal cancer tissues and its relationship with clinical pathological features

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of Livin protein in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expression of Livin protein in 60 cases of surgical specimens of colorectal cancer, and to explore its relation with clinical pathological features such as the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and so on. Another 30 specimens of adjacent normal colon tissue (from the edge of the tumor> 5 cm) were taken as the control group. Results The expression of Livin protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissue (P < 0.01). There was no significant relationship between the expression of Livin protein and the degree of differentiation (P < 0.01) in colorectal cancer tissue. But it showed a gradually increasing trend (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) with the primary tumor depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Conclusion Livin protein not only has a close relationship with the development and progression of colorectal cancer, but also it gets involved in the local invasion of colorectal cancer and its metastasis.
