经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。 方法 选择我院2009年2月～2012年1月行PVP手术的18例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折作为观察PVP疗效的对象，观察术前术后VAS评分、椎体压缩率及椎体高度恢复率的变化。 结果 18例患者术后症状均明显缓解，腰背部疼痛部位术后前壁、中间椎体压缩率较术前明显降低，椎体高度恢复率明显高于后壁(P < 0.05)，无一例并发症发生。 结论 经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效确切，并发症少，能明显缓解患者的症状，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Choose our hospital from February 2009 to January 2012， the line PVP surgery 18 cases osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures as the observation object， the PVP efficacy and preoperative VAS score，and after vertebral compression ratio and the vertebral rate of change of the height recovery were observed. Results Eighteen patients with postoperative symptoms were significantly alleviate back pain， the postoperative anterior， middle vertebral compression rate significantly was lower than the preoperative vertebral height restoration rate was significantly higher than the posterior wall(P <0.05). Conclusion The percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment of osteoporotic vertebral the exact compression fractures， fewer complications， and obviously the patient's symptoms， worthy of promotion and application.
