本研究采用ROC曲线评价方法对TGF-β1、CTGF在RA-ILD早期诊断中进行了评价。结果显示TGF-β1对该病诊断的灵敏度高，CTGF的特异度高。因此联合检测TGF-β1和CTGF两个血清指标，对早期筛查类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变患者有重要的临床价值，不仅可提高检查效率，还可降低医疗费用。
