[摘要] 目的 分析早期康复运动在重症监护室(intensive care unit，ICU)机械通气患者中的应用价值。 方法 该研究随机筛选2016年5月—2017年12月该院收治的入住ICU机械通气患者78例，采用随机双盲法分为两组，各39例，对照组执行常规护理，在此基础上观察组患者接受早期康复运动干预，观察不同护理方法的临床应用价值。 结果 观察组握力(19.8±2.1)kg、Barthel指数(76.40±8.55)分明显高于对照组(14.1±2.0)kg、Barthel指数(50.61±7.23)分，(t=12.468、18.174，P<0.05)。 结论 对ICU病房机械通气患者实施早期康复运动是安全可行的，可缩短机械通气时间，促使患者机体功能、握力恢复，减少住院天数，值得推廣。
