【摘要】目的探讨护理干预对不同分娩方式后产妇泌乳及喂养效果及护理体会。方法选择86例初产妇，其中顺产41例，剖宫产45例，进行护理干预，以产后访视观察期泌乳时间、泌乳量及成功喂养率，比较不同分娩方式母乳喂养的效果。结果自然顺产组母乳喂养成功率为90.2%，初次泌乳时间为(19.4±3.2) h，泌乳总量等方面均显著高于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。结论合理的护理干预措施、自然顺产有利于乳汁分泌，应加大母乳喂养宣传力度，提高自然顺产率。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the nursing care and effect of breastfeeding of different mode of delivery.Methods 86 primipara were selected and given nursing intervention,including 41 natural delivery and 45 cesarean section,to compare the effect of breastfeeding of different mode of delivery by observing lactation time, lactation and successful feeding rate.Results The successful feeding rate of natural delivery group was 90.2%,the mean lactation time was (19.4±3.2) h,and significant better than caesarean group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable nursing care and natural secretion benefit the secretion of milk,so breastfeeding should be encouraged to increase rate of natural secretion.
