综上所述，高频rTMS可有效改善卒中后上肢痉挛，提高患者日常生活能力和上肢运动功能。在接下来的研究中笔者将进一步扩大样本量，对患者进行远期随访，并利用功能磁共振探讨高频rTMS改善痉挛的可能机制，进一步验证高频rTMS改善中风后上肢痉挛的疗效。
