唑来膦酸联合放疗在肺癌骨转移伴骨质疏松中应用效果及安全性研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究唑來膦酸联合放疗在肺癌骨转移伴骨质疏松中应用效果及安全性。方法：抽选笔者所在医院2017年5月-2018年5月接收的肺癌骨转移伴骨质疏松患者52例，据随机数字法将其分为两组，每组26例。对照组单行放疗，研究组行放疗+唑来膦酸干预，对比两组疗效、骨代谢指标、生活质量改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为96.15%(25/26)，明显高于对照组的73.08%(19/26)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组生活质量总改善率为92.31%(24/26)，明显高于对照组的65.38%(17/26)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后Neck骨密度、BGP水平均高于对照组，CTX水平明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为23.08%(6/26)，对照组不良反应发生率为19.23%(5/26)，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：唑来膦酸+放疗干预可有效缓解患者骨痛症状，提高生活质量，并可促进骨转移病灶好转，应用效果显著，且不良反应较少，具有较高安全性。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Zoledronic Acid combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer with osteoporosis.Method：A total of 52 cases of patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer and osteoporosis received in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to random number method，26 cases in each group.The control group received radiotherapy alone，and the study group received radiotherapy plus Zoledronic Acid intervention.The efficacy，bone metabolism index，quality of life improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%(25/26)，which was significantly higher than 73.08%(19/26) of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the total improvement rate of quality of life in the study group was 92.31%(24/26)，which was significantly higher than 65.38%(17/26) in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，Neck bone mineral density and BGP levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group，and CTX level was significantly lower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 23.08%(6/26)，and 19.23%(5/26) in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion：Zoledronic Acid plus radiotherapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of bone pain，improve the quality of life，and promote the improvement of bone metastases.The effect of Zoledronic Acid plus radiotherapy is remarkable，with fewer adverse reactions and high safety., 百拇医药(吴艳丽 熊艳)
