综上所述，血清CA19-9、CEA、AFP水平均对PLC的诊断具有一定的价值，但三者联合诊断效能更高，可作为临床诊断PLC的指标。但同时也应认识到，血清标志物用于诊断恶性肿瘤，其诊断效能的验证，是需要大量临床样本的，本研究中100例样本稍显不足，这也是本研究的局限性。
