【摘要】 目的：探究健康教育对消化内镜检查患者负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法：选取2018年6月-2019年6月于笔者所在医院接受消化内镜检查患者94例，按照随机数字表法分为试验组47例与参照组47例，参照组实施常规护理，试验组在常规护理基础上实施健康教育，对比两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果：护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后试验组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后试验组疼痛评分低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总满意度为97.87%，明显高于参照组的80.85%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予消化内镜检查患者健康教育，可改善焦虑、抑郁等负面情緒，减轻疼痛，提高护理满意度。
