后路短节段固定联合伤椎置钉在胸腰段骨折中的应用(2)

     综上所述我们发现,短节段固定联合伤椎置钉更有利于骨折复位,在骨折椎体高度恢复和节段后凸角度矫正,但是有关伤椎置钉技术的大样本随机对照实验依据和长期随访结果仍有待进一步的研究。
