【摘要】目的：探讨灌肠机的使用对小儿肠套叠的诊断和治疗效果。方法：回顾136例小儿肠套叠通过 使用灌肠机进行空气灌肠，统计出肠套叠患儿的诊断及整复疗效。结果：诊断性空气灌肠均显示套头部 “杯口征”或软组织块影，133例经灌肠机加压或压力持续一段时间后肿物消失， “杯口''退缩，小肠 充气。仅3例套叠时间较长超过72小时，患儿不宜继续加压而行手术治疗。结论：136例小儿肠套叠 患者全部经诊断性空气灌肠明确诊断，同时进行整复治疗，经低压和手法复位，成功率达97.8%。对于 48小时以内的患儿成功率达100%。
