【摘要】本文报告28例严重多发性损伤，主要系交通事故，坠落伤及斗殴行凶所致。受伤脏器最少2个，最多6个，22例伴有休克。腹部脏器损伤，剖腹术14例，胸部损伤血气胸行剖胸或闭式引流术4例，颅脑损伤、颅内血肿行开颅术2例，气管切开2例，四肢骨折、关节脱位行手法整复或切复内固定32次，静脉切开4条，清创33处，共行大小手术60次。本组共28例，抢救成活25例，成功率89.3%，死亡3例，死亡率为10.7%，多死于脑、胸、腹部损伤。指出准确诊断、及时的处理、严密的观察是抢救成功的重要保证。
