【摘要】PCA是应用于临床的新的治疗方法，具有镇痛效果好、用药量少、血药浓度维持恒定，病人在医护人员指导下可随意控制和减少不良反应的特点。本文通过对我院骨科开展PCA的情况及术前术后和不良反应的观察护理，获得一定心得体会，目的在于探讨骨科术后应用人工镇痛泵的术前宣传、术后护理、不良反应等方面的问题，以最大限度减轻患者痛苦，保证患者安全。
