【摘要】目的:探讨肾小管标志蛋白与肾病综合征疗效的关系。方法：选择符合诊断标准的75例患者进行回顾性分析。结果：75例中完全缓解36例(48%)，部分缓解15例(20%)，及无效24例。结论：尿β2-MG及RBP作为一种反映肾小管间质损害的敏指标对预测NS疗效有较高的临床价值。且操作简便，值得临床上推广。
