【摘要】目的：观察用中西医结合治疗难治性特发血小板减少性紫癜。方法：治疗组(95例)在用泼尼松同时口服中医辨证施治后的中药煎剂。对照组(65例)单用西药VP方案。结果：治疗组总有效率82.1%(78/95)，对照组总有效率63.0%(41/65)，其疗效治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：用泼尼松并中医辩证五个类型五个不同方剂治疗难治性ITP疗效明显提高。
