【摘要】TsAb是Grave's病(GD)发病的主要原因，TsBAb是发生甲状腺功能减退的重要原因。本文测定了86例甲状腺疾病患者和24例健康人的TsAb，分析其阳性率。结果：发现在未治疗GD患者中TsAb的阳性率为84.51%；缓解GD组的阳性率为61.43%；初发GD组的阳性率为84.51%；在HT患者中阳性率为10.19%，只有TsAb完全转阴后停用抗甲状腺药物，GD的复发机会才会更少，所以临床上应以TsAb作为GD治疗中指导用药的指标。
