【摘要】目的：探讨总结近年来各类肩锁关节脱位的治疗方法选择，疗效及并发症。方法：通过参阅各类经典骨科著作，文献报道及临床研究成果，结合本院相关病例的处理方案及随访，尤其是最近几年的文献学习及临床实践，进行分析总结肩锁关节脱位的治疗。结果：根据肩锁关节脱位的Rockwood分型，对于I型和II型患者，多采用保守治疗；对于III型患者根据具体情况选择保守或手术治疗；对于IV、V、VI型患者则主张手术治疗。手术方案中锁骨钩钢板的疗效在近年来得到肯定和推广。结论：正确的肩锁关节分型是必要的，根据分型并结合患者自身情况及对患肢功能的要求，选择合适的治疗方案均能取得满意的疗效。

    【Abstract】Objective: To discuss the different treatments, therapeutic effects and complications of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods: To analyze and summarize the treatments and advancements of the AC joint dislocation through reading and referring to the classical orthopedic books, references and reports, clinic researches and the cases in our hospital, especially the recent study to the references and clinic practice. Results: According to the Rockwood Classification, for type I and II most of the authors agree that conservative treatment must be the rule; for type III we can choose non-operative and operative treatment by the different situations; also for type IV、V、 VI lesions, it seems obvious that surgery has to be performed. The Plate for the acromioclavicular joint is confirmed to be more effective and widely used in all surgical techniques resent years. Conclusion: It is necessary to make the accurate judgment of the AC joint dislocation type and to consider the patients' status and their request to the joint function. The corresponding treatments based on it are always effective and satisfactory. ......
