【摘要】目的：探讨近年来跟骨骨折术后创面愈合不佳的临床处理方法、要点及注意事项。方法：总结分析我院2006年4月至2008年8月早期运用清创术并定期换药的跟骨骨折术后创面愈合不佳病例4例的临床资料。结果：全部病例经过1～24个月随访，创面愈合良好，无明显行动障碍，足踝感觉运动功能良好。结论：早期清创术及积极定期的换药对跟骨骨折术后创面愈合不佳治疗效果好，清创彻底，保持创面新鲜是成功的关键。

    Postoperative poor wound healing of calcaneal fractures : clinical research and experience

    【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical management, main points and attention of the postoperative poor wound healing of calcaneal fractures. Methods: To analyze and summarize the 4 cases(postoperative poor wound healing of calcaneal fracture) from Apr. 2006 to Aug. 2008 in our hospital which treated early debridement and regular dressing. Results: Through 1～24 months follow-up, all the cases' wounds heal well, no obvious action obstacles with good feeling and movement. Conclusion: Early debridement and positive regular dressing for postoperative poor wound healing of calcaneal fractures is effective. The key is thorough debridement and keep the wounds clean and fresh. ......
