【摘要】目的：评价针刀配合中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效和安全性，与柳氮磺胺嘧啶进行比较。方法：将132例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分成试验组(针刀配合中药)和对照组(口服柳氮磺胺嘧啶)，进入为期4年的研究，对疗效进行比较。结果：试验组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)，试验组未出现不良反应，对照组有9名患者因不良反应退出试验。结论：针刀配合中药治疗强直性脊柱炎效果良好，未见不良反应。
