【摘要】报告1例阴茎鳞癌。患者男，32岁，阴茎龟头菜花样肿块3年，破溃1年，3年前有尖锐湿疣史。皮损组织人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)6、11型阳性。组织病理：高分化鳞癌(龟头型)；淋巴结慢性炎症和反应性增生(左腹股沟)。
