【摘要】目的:分析、探讨超声对胃癌分期的诊断价值。方法:35例胃癌患者，经口服胃显像液后，实时超声观察肿块形态、大小、侵犯胃壁的范围与深度，以及周围淋巴结和周边脏器转移情况，按国际抗癌协会制定的胃癌TNM标准分类，并与临床手术结果对照。结果:35例胃癌手术患者中，32例与超声分型一致，符合率91.1%，其中I期、IV期胃癌超声诊断符合率达100%。结论:经口服胃现像液后，B超声像图能清晰地显示癌肿大小及周边浸犯情况，进行胃癌TNM分期，符合率高，为临床早期治疗及制定手术方式提供可靠的依据，具有极其重要的临床价值。
