    摘要：目的 观察唑来磷酸联合化疗对肺癌骨转移的止痛效果和不良反应。方法 将53例患者随机分为A、B两组，A组为唑来磷酸联合化疗组，B组单用唑来磷酸组。结果 A、B两组止痛有效率分别为85.2%、73.1%。结论 唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移性疼痛安全有效。
