    摘要：目的 健康教育对产褥期抑郁症的有效预防。方法 对我院2005年1月~2006年6月门诊建卡孕妇分为健康教育组和对照组。对健康教育组进行系统的健康教育和产后随访，就发病情况与1年治愈率等方面对健康教育组效果评价。结果 健康教育组患病率低于对照组(p<0.001)，1年治愈率高于对照组(p<0.001)。结论 健康教育组在提高孕产妇的自我保健意识，防治产褥期抑郁症有重要意义。
