    摘要:目的 探讨倍他乐克临床使用不良反应发生的最小剂量、人群分布及主要类型。方法 汇总分析国内外临床、实验报道及结合我院5年来临床治疗及随访175例病例。 结果 一般发生不良反应时最小剂量为50mg/d，主要人群分布为年老患者、合并相关疾病、联合用药的患者。主要不良反应有过敏反应、低血压、窦性心动过缓、气道阻力增加、新发糖尿病危险、性功能障碍、睡眠障碍。结论 目前在国内基层医院倍他乐克已成为β受体阻滞剂代表药物，已成为心血管专科医师常用处方药物。随着使用剂量增加至大于50mg/d及联合用药、长期使用或突然停药不良反应发生增加。临床使用中必须全面了解并掌握它的药理作用及临床适应症、不良反应。

    10 Cases of Adverse Reactions on Metoprolol.Wang Zhi-qi,Xu bo.People's Hospital in Yuan Ba District，Guangyuan 628021，Sichuan Province

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical use on metoprolol adverse reaction of the smallest dose, the crowd division and the main types. Method Analyses domestic and international clinical, laboratory reports and combine our hospital over the past five years of treatment and follow-up of 175 cases.Results The general adverse reaction occur in the smallest dose of 50 mg/d, main crowd distribution is the elderly patients、merger-related diseases、combination therapy ofpatients. The main adverse reactions are allergic reaction、low blood pressure、sinus bradycardia、increased airway resistance、the new danger of diabetes、 sexual dysfunction and sleep disorders.Conclusion The metoprolol has become the behalf of β-blocker drugs in the primary hospital currently ......
