【摘要】 目的 为强化四川省交通厅公路局医院的护理质量管理，及时修正管理方法和思路，护理人员对护理质量控制工作的看法，制订更贴近临床的质量控制措施，充分调动护理人员的主观能动性，增强质量控制意识。方法 对83名临床护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 我院执行的护理管理模式符合现代护理管理的组织体系，质量控制能够反应我院护理工作的实际内容，在质量控制工作方面能坚持公开、公正、公平原则。结论 通过对护理质量控制工作进行调查评估，护理部较全面地掌握了护理人员对护理质量控制工作的看法和态度，为调整护理质量控制措施提供了参考依据。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate nurses’opinions of quality control,in order to adjust nursing management model ane establish practicable and effective measures of quality control,strengthen nurses’quality control consciousness and motivate thir initiatives oe particpation.Method A questionaire survey was conducted among 83 nursing staff.Results The result showed that the current nursing managementmodel in our hospital suited the organiztional system of modern nursing management (The quality control could reflect the actual status of nursing work and the principles of openness,justice and equity)Conclusion Based on the investigation,the nursing department has comperehensively gathered various viewpoints and attitudes form nursing staff,which can provide basis for theadjustment of quality control measures. ......
