摘要多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种内分泌紊乱性疾病，占女性人口数的6%-7%。多囊卵巢综合征患者临床表现为：不孕、多毛，同时有高胰岛素血症，肥胖，高血压及血脂障碍。脂肪组织是一个内分泌器官，而且心脏代谢综合征中起重要作用。乙二腈是由脂肪细胞唯一分泌的，是心脏代谢综合征，肥胖及冠心病的重要标记。这篇文章对多囊卵巢综合征患者心脏代谢异常现象进行简要概述，同时简要讨论多囊卵巢综合征的治疗方法。

    Abstract Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting 6%-7% of the population .Patients with PCOS have the clinical features of hirsutism and infertility; however, they also exhibit hyper in sulinemia, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia. Adipose tissue has emerged as an important endocrine organ over the last decade and gained recognition in having an important role in the cardiometabolic syndrome. . Adiponectin that is secreted exclusively by adipocytes has recently been recognized as an important marker of cardiometabolic syndrome. This article summarizes the recent development and findings in the cardiometabolic abnormalities in patients with PCOS obesity. Finally the therapeutic options for treatment will be discussed. ......
