摘 要目的：编制医护职业人格问卷。方法：一共对661名医护人员进行问卷调查，采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对数据进行分析。结果：医护职业人格主要包括仁爱性、责任性、严谨性、执着性四方面，问卷有45个题项，具有较好的信效度。结论：医护人员职业人格问卷具有较好的测量学指标，可以做为评价医护人员职业人格的适宜工具。

    AbstractObjective：To develop a questionnaire for measuring vocational personality in medical staff. Methods：Totally661 doctors and nurses were investigated and analyzeddatas through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results：The vocationalpersonality of medical staff mainly include four facts: kindheartedness,responsbility,preciseness and clinging.The questionnaire is composed of 45 items and the reliability and validity were good. Conclusions：The questionnaire has a better psychometric criterion and can be used to study vocational personality of medical staff.
