摘要目的：探讨骨科患者压疮成因和护理对策，提高护理质量。方法：通过对2004年10月—2007年8月的2280例骨科患者进行调查分析，制定护理对策。结果：接收压疮20例，其中骶尾部压疮50%，足跟部压疮30%。高龄患者及有合并症患者是为高危人群。高温与潮湿是促成压疮发生的环境因素。结论：加强病房管理，严格执行交接班制度，针对高危人群和好发部位，重点观察，加强基础护理和健康教育，改善患者皮肤卫生情况及营养状况，以降低压疮的发生率。

    Abstract Objective:Discussing the originof orthopedics patient’s pressure ulcers and nursing strategy,enhances work quality of nurs.Method :Data of2280 cases admitted inthe department of orthopedics dated from October 2004 to August 2007 were collected and analyzed.Strategy of related nursing measures was ness patients had higher risk. The high temperature and moist is the environmental factor of pressure ulcers.Conclusion The feasible measures of reducing formation rate of pressure ulcers were to strengthens the hospital management,strictly carries out the shift relief system,the observation of primary mass data high risk crowd and easy to occur spot,strengthens the basic nursing and health education,improves the patient skin health situation.
