摘要 目的:比较三种含铜宫内节育器(IUD,下同)避孕效果。方法：将380例妇女随机分成3组，分别放置吉妮环、母体乐环(ML)、Tcu220，随访12个月，对其避孕效果、副反应和继续使用率进行观察、对比、评价。结果：12月累计继续使用率吉妮环最高、母体乐环其次、Tcu220最低，脱落率和带器妊娠率吉妮环最低、母体乐环其次、Tcu220最高。结论：吉妮环是三种含铜IUD中副反应小、脱落率低且避孕效果最理想的一种节育器，值得推广使用。

    AbstractPurpose:Comparing the effect of avoiding pregnancy of three IUD coutaining the copper,Method:Partition 380 women into three groups at random,and put GeneFex,Tcu220.They are followd up for 12 months,then the effect of avoiding pregnancy,side effect and continuing use rates are observed,contrasted,and estimated.Result:In 12 months for accumulting continuous use rates,GeneFeX is the most,the second is ML,the third is Tcu220,for obscission and the implement pregnancy rates,GeneFeX is the lowest,the second is ML,the highest is Tcu220.Conclusion:In comparison to three IUD containing the copper.The GeneFeX has little side effect and low abscission rate,and it is the best avoiding pregnancy effect.So it is worth putting into use extensively.
