摘 要目的：通过正确地评估疼痛，科学地给予止痛药，制定出合理的居家护理措施。方法：应用数字分级法、疼痛程度分级法、目测模拟法对癌性疼痛进行疼痛评估。结果：通过合理护理措施的实施，收到满意的止痛效果，最大限度地满足患者的生理需求。结论：正确地评估疼痛，给予科学止痛，能够减轻患者因癌痛引起的痛苦，提高生存质量，使患者尊严、安详的走完人生的最后一程。

    AbstractObject: To dosage appropriately and formulate a reasonable family nursing intervention by the exact evaluation of soreness. Method: Pain assessment was done by classification, grading and visual simulation.Result: The analgesic effect was satisfied by the reasonable nursing intervention. Conclusion: Soreness which is caused by cancers could be reduced and the living quality of patients could be raised by the correct pain assessment and reasonable analgesic therapy.
