摘 要目的：比较妈富隆与雌激素治疗青春期功血的临床效果和副反应。方法：回顾性分析2003年2月～2008年6月经我院诊断和治疗的61例青春期功血患者临床资料，随机分为两组，一组服用妈富隆，一组服用雌激素；比较两组药物对于控制出血、止血、调经效果及副反应。结果：12小时控制出血率、48小时止血率比较，妈富隆组高于雌激素组(P< 0.05 )；阴道大量流血患者，妈富隆组调经效果优于雌激素组(P<0.05)；副反应发生率妈富隆组低于雌激素组(P<0.05)。结论：妈富隆治疗青春期功血效果好、不良反应少。

    AbstractObjective: To compare effects and Adverse reactions of Marvelon and Estrogen on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding. Methods: To analyze the 61 cases of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding from February 2003 to June 2008 in our hospital. We divided them into two groups randomly - one was given Marvelon, and the other was given Estrogen - then compared their efficacy of blood-controlling, stanching and menses-regulating. Results: The ratio of blood-controlling in 12 hours and stanching in 48 hours of Marvelon was higher (P<0.05) ；For patients whose vagina bleeds profusely, Marvelon has better therapeutic effect ;Marvelon hasless side reaction (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Marvelon is more effective and has less side reactions in treating Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding. ......
