摘 要我国当前医患关系紧张,医患矛盾激化,医患纠纷日趋增加,形成一种新的社会不稳定因素,不符合我国构建和谐社会的基本国策。但医疗纠纷的发生有其复杂深刻的原因,而随着医学科学技术的发展,医患纠纷发生的原因也更加复杂,本文从医患双方及当前的社会体制根源上总结医患纠纷发生的种种原因,希望能为预防医患纠纷的发生、医患纠纷的正确处理寻找良好对策,对于构建良好医患关系,化解社会矛盾,构建和谐社会都具有重要的现实意义。
