【摘要】目的：探讨食道狭窄、食道瘘放置食管内支架后并发症发生的原因、护理观察及防治措施。方法：回顾性对37例食道狭窄、食道瘘的患者进行充分的手术前准备，严密观察病情、心理护理、健康教育、饮食等护理措施。结果：随访胸骨后疼痛和异物感27例，恶心呕吐26例，食管返流19例，支架移位6例，支架脱入胃中3例，从口中脱出1例，食物嵌顿1例，以及支架再狭窄5例，大出血1例。结论：分析食道支架置入术后的并发症形成的原因，加强术前术后护理对食道支架置入术后并发症的及时发现和防治有重要意义。

    Cause Analysis and Nursing of Complication afterEsophageal Stent Implantation

    【Abstract】Objective：To discuss the cause of Complication、nursing observation and prevention measures after esophageal stent implantation for esophageal stenosis and esophageal fistula. Method：Review taking measures such as abandant preoperativepreparation、careful observation、psychological nursing、health education、diet nursing、etc. on 37 patients with esophageal stenosis or esophageal fistula. Result：At follow-up after operation,retrosternal pain and foreign body sensation occured in27cases,nausea andvomiting in 26 cases,esophageal reflux in 19 cases, stent displacement in 6 cases, the stent falling into the stomach in 3 cases, stent prolapsus from mouth in 1 case,food impaction in 1 case , in-stent restenosis in 5 cases , massive hemorrhage in 1 case.Conclusion：analysising the cause ofcomplicationafteresophageal stent implantation,strengthening perioperation nursing is of great significance in discovery and prevention of the complication after esophageal stent implantation. ......
