【摘要】二级医院受所处地域、经济条件和知识背景等因素影响，在医院信息化建设中遇到很多问题。本文从领导观念、资金需求、人才状况等方面对此进行了详细的阐述，并对二级医院信息系统的建设与应用提出了一些建议。
