摘要：门诊咨询药师应具备扎实的理论知识、良好的个人素养及有效的沟通技巧。培养一支合格的中医院门诊咨询药师队伍，应注重中西并重、教学相长，重视临床知识的培养，采取多种形式的培训方式，重视相关制度学习培训，并制定合理的考核内容及评价标准。
