【摘要】 目的：研究在超声引导下麦默通微创旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我科2010年10月份～2012年12月份治疗的85例患者的临床疗效。结果：操作均获成功，彩超显示肿块完整切除274枚。术后病理提示：纤维腺瘤197例，腺病76例，管状腺瘤1 例，不典型增生1例，导管上皮增生活跃2例。术后局部皮下淤血2 例，术后随诊3月暂未发现复发情况。结论：麦默通微创旋切术可以有效地治疗良性乳腺肿块，定位准确，创伤小，切口美观，并发症少、恢复快。
